Refund and Cancellation Information:

Please contact Lisa by phone or e-mail for refunds.  Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

For customer purchasing online, please return the product within 30 day of order date.   Cancellations are allowed up to time of shipment.

For cancellation of commissions, 50% deposit is returned minus supplies and hourly rate of $25/hr.

Credit cards cannot be accepted for deposits for commission work over 30 days in advance of completion.
