How are your prints matted?

All prints are matted and the size given includes the mat.

For 8"x10" mat prints image size is 5"x7". For 11"x14 mat prints image size is 8"x10"

All prints are SIGNED and Lisa will add a custom message on each print for no additional charge.

All prints have a short description about the image on the back.

11"X14" Prints:

11"14" prints are double matted in a standard 11"x14" mat and come in varied colors depending on the piece (unless specially noted all outer mats are cream). If you have a special color combination you would like for the matting, please let Lisa know when ordering.

Double Mats:

8"x10" Single Mats:

All 8"x10" prints are matted in single mats. Mat color is selected to best match the image unless otherwise requested.

Single Mat colors: Cream, Green or Blue.

Note Cards:

The size of the note cards are 5 ½” X 4 ¼” and the envelopes for them are 5 ¾” X 4 ¼”

California Residents will have 9.5 % Sales Tax added to the total of the items before shipping cost.

Taxes and customs:
All customs and taxes which may be incured on importing orders into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering as customs differ between countries.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments are all processed through Paypal's secure servers. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. Payment is processed securely at time of ordering. Paypal also offers buyer protection so you can feel very safe shopping with Paypal.
Paypal- Those that already have a Paypal account can also pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same payment option. Select "Credit card or direct cash payment via Paypal" during checkout.

Check or Money Order: (United States residents only) Please copy/paste your shopping cart information into an email to me along with your shipping address, and I will email you your total. What are you shipping rates/how do you ship?

Shipping is by either USPS or Fed Ex. and packages usually arrive within 3-6 business days of order for domestic shipping, please allow 6-10 business days for international orders.

When will my order be shipped out?

Typically your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (please give extra time for postal holidays). Once sent I will notify you by email that it has shipped and give you an estimate of when it will arrive. Please contact me if you have any questions about your order.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of your item. Refunds are given within 30 days of purchase.

For customers purchasing online, please return the product within 30 days of order date. Cancellations are allowed up to time of shipment.

I carefully package each order but if for some reason your order arrives damaged (through rough postal handling) or if you have any problem at all with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I want to ensure all my customers are completely happy with their orders.

Can I use your artwork in my PSP-group/Signatures?

As of April 2008 I will no longer be offering free usage of any of my images. Please visit Artistic Minds Incorporated often to see the officially licensed images that are available. I will be keeping them updated with my new work, please email me if there is an image you'd like that is not currently on Artistic Minds Incorporated.
